Ingredients
- poha2 cups
- peanuts0.25 cup
- onion1
- curry leaves1 sprig
- lime0.5
- turmeric0.25 tsp
Method
- 1Rinse the poha until just soft and drain well.
- 2Temper mustard seeds, curry leaves and onion in oil; add turmeric.
- 3Fold in the poha and peanuts, finish with lime and coriander.
