Ingredients

  • puffed rice2 cups
  • onion1
  • tomatoes1
  • tamarind chutney2 tbsp
  • sev0.5 cup

Method

  1. 1Mix puffed rice with onion, tomato and chutneys.
  2. 2Spoon into puri cups.
  3. 3Top with sev and coriander just before serving.
