Ingredients
- besan1.5 cups
- yogurt0.5 cup
- curry leaves1 sprig
- green chilli2
- oil1 tbsp
Method
- 1Whisk besan batter and steam until spongy.
- 2Cut into squares.
- 3Pour over a tempering of mustard seeds, chilli and curry leaves.
