Ingredients

  • besan1.5 cups
  • yogurt0.5 cup
  • curry leaves1 sprig
  • green chilli2
  • oil1 tbsp

Method

  1. 1Whisk besan batter and steam until spongy.
  2. 2Cut into squares.
  3. 3Pour over a tempering of mustard seeds, chilli and curry leaves.
