Soft semolina upma studded with toasted cashews and crackling mustard.
Ingredients
- semolina1 cup
- cashews0.25 cup
- onion1
- curry leaves1 sprig
- ghee1 tbsp
Method
- 1Roast semolina until fragrant; set aside.
- 2Temper mustard, curry leaves and onion in ghee.
- 3Add water, then the semolina, and steam fluffy with cashews.
