Wok-tossed noodles with crunchy vegetables and a glossy soy-chilli sauce.

Ingredients

  • noodles200 g
  • cabbage1 cup
  • capsicum1
  • soy sauce2 tbsp
  • garlic3 cloves

Method

  1. 1Boil noodles until just done and toss with a little oil.
  2. 2Stir-fry shredded vegetables on high heat.
  3. 3Add noodles and sauces; toss until coated.
