Cubes of paneer in spiced gram-flour batter, fried until crunchy.

Ingredients

  • paneer200 g
  • besan1 cup
  • chilli powder0.5 tsp
  • salt1 tsp
  • oil2 cups

Method

  1. 1Whisk besan with spices and water into a thick batter.
  2. 2Dip paneer cubes to coat.
  3. 3Fry until golden and serve with chutney.
