Cubes of paneer in spiced gram-flour batter, fried until crunchy.
Ingredients
- paneer200 g
- besan1 cup
- chilli powder0.5 tsp
- salt1 tsp
- oil2 cups
Method
- 1Whisk besan with spices and water into a thick batter.
- 2Dip paneer cubes to coat.
- 3Fry until golden and serve with chutney.
