Ingredients

  • sprouted moong1.5 cups
  • ginger1 inch
  • green chilli1
  • coriander1 handful
  • oil1 tbsp

Method

  1. 1Blend soaked sprouted moong with ginger and chilli.
  2. 2Stir in chopped coriander and salt.
  3. 3Spread thin on a hot griddle and cook till crisp.
