Ingredients

  • flour2 cups
  • dried methi2 tbsp
  • ajwain1 tsp
  • oil3 tbsp
  • salt1 tsp

Method

  1. 1Knead a stiff dough with flour, ajwain and dried methi.
  2. 2Roll and cut into small discs; prick all over.
  3. 3Deep-fry on low heat until crisp and pale gold.
