- ajwain1 tsp
- oil3 tbsp
- salt1 tsp
Method
- 1Knead a stiff dough with flour, ajwain and dried methi.
- 2Roll and cut into small discs; prick all over.
- 3Deep-fry on low heat until crisp and pale gold.
