Indo-Chinese paneer bites tossed in a sticky sweet-chilli sauce.
Ingredients
- paneer250 g
- cornflour3 tbsp
- capsicum1
- soy sauce2 tbsp
- garlic3 cloves
Method
- 1Coat paneer in cornflour and fry until crisp.
- 2Stir-fry onion, capsicum and garlic.
- 3Toss everything in chilli-soy sauce until glossy.
