Indo-Chinese paneer bites tossed in a sticky sweet-chilli sauce.

Ingredients

  • paneer250 g
  • cornflour3 tbsp
  • capsicum1
  • soy sauce2 tbsp
  • garlic3 cloves

Method

  1. 1Coat paneer in cornflour and fry until crisp.
  2. 2Stir-fry onion, capsicum and garlic.
  3. 3Toss everything in chilli-soy sauce until glossy.
