- moong dal0.5 cup
- ginger1 inch
- lemon1
- coriander1 handful
Method
- 1Wash rice and moong dal together.
- 2Pressure-cook with turmeric, ginger and water until soft.
- 3Stir through lemon juice and lots of coriander.
