Bright spinach gravy with cubes of paneer and warm garam masala.

Ingredients

  • spinach400 g
  • paneer200 g
  • onion1
  • garlic4 cloves
  • garam masala1 tsp

Method

  1. 1Blanch spinach and blend to a smooth puree.
  2. 2Sauté onion, ginger and garlic; add the puree and spices.
  3. 3Fold in paneer and finish with a swirl of cream.
