- spinach400 g
- paneer200 g
- onion1
- garlic4 cloves
- garam masala1 tsp
Method
- 1Blanch spinach and blend to a smooth puree.
- 2Sauté onion, ginger and garlic; add the puree and spices.
- 3Fold in paneer and finish with a swirl of cream.
