Spiced potato stuffed paratha rolled with a swipe of cool yogurt.
Ingredients
- potato2
- wheat flour1.5 cups
- yogurt2 tbsp
- coriander1 handful
- garam masala0.5 tsp
Method
- 1Mash boiled potato with spices and coriander.
- 2Stuff into dough and roll out gently.
- 3Cook on a tawa with ghee until golden; roll with yogurt.
